how does this work because if it is for fw 1.5 you would have 2 folders wich one is a map with the % sign

Read the older comments, you must kxploit it yourself. There are several methods to do this. I prefer using PSP Brew v0.91.

Or you can just upgrade to custom firmware, either 1.50 or 2.71 SE-C. That will let you play all games, regardless of in which format they are.
