could someone help me? I want to port Balls of Steel from the pc to the psp, But I dont Know where to begin!

Those don't look like source code...
You need the source code in "C/C++" to be able to port it to PSP.
Since you don't sound like a programming expert, I guess your best chance is to write a fan/copy game
in LUA, ripping the graphics off the original title with pprtscn button and photoshop.
