is there a hombrew that changes youre cursor for the browser on 2.0-2.6

no there is not a program to customize your 2-2.6 other then the ability to change the background. the browser and the XMB is not customizable unless you have a 1.5 and you can use X-flash, but that still can not change the cursor.
