Figures that Nintendo was so good about replaceing it. I called sony about my brothers psp. And guess how much they asked to fix it? 90$$$ so i paid it and told them what happened.(My dog got to it too...) And they said no problem pay the money and send it in. So i did. And you know what they did? They sent it back to me unrepaired.They also sent a letter about how it has been missed used! No $h!t I all ready told them my dog destroyed it and the said they would replace it for 90 bucks. Another thing said in the letter was if i sent it in again they were going to just send it back and charge me a fee for sending it again. I guess they get annoyed after all the complants from people who get crapy service from them. Now i like sony's products but they are like most companys, greedy. Now all buissenes are out there to make money but some actualy care about their contomers because of the fact that they want their costomers to buy future products. Know what i mean?

Ya it does... But at least this person got his replaced for a reasonable fee. Ya know what he probaly didn't even have a warrenty but Nintendo knows that if he doesn't have a ds he won't be able to buy ds games and products so they look at it that way. And end up making more money from that costomer. By not being greedy and helping him. Where as sony see's things differently. WAY differently unfortunatly. Man i just wish they wouldn't give people BS and actualy help out once and a while.
