    Default Very hard to decide

It is very hard to say which one homebrew is the est, so i'll list a few in each catgory:

    Emulators: Deadalus N64 Emulator
Why: People said it was impossable, but we know now it is very possable.

    Apps: Devhook
Why: Everyone on 1.5 ould play all homebrew, but not a 2.6 game. Now you can!

    Games: Iris
Why: This is the best homebrew game ever. Its 3D and is ey user friendly to make levels. Very good game!

Btw, i in no way mean to hurt anyone elses feeling by not saying your homebrew is good. I think everyones homebrew is good, but these are just my personal favorites. So, i hope you dont think i hate you or something

    Exclamation

Look, it's like this, in order of Most important to coolest and best

    MPH 2.0-1.5 downgrager(started it all)
Kxploit(without which homebrew would be a pain)
Fanjita's exploits(so many different names I just went with whats simple)

    NesterJ
    DGEN
    Snes9xTYL
    NGEPSP(amazing progress on this emulator)
    PiMP Streamer
    LUA Player

    DaxZiso Loader and compression program

and last but certainly not least, the very best homebrew app for the PSP is the allmighty DEVHOOK!!!!!

I attribute Devhook to being the savior of the psp along with the 2.5/6 downgrader.

    Kxploit
    2.0/2.5/2.6 downgrader's/downdater's
    Fanjita's eloader's
    RIN
    DGEN
    Snes9xTYL
    NGEPSP (thank you -_-)
    Super Mario War

Kxploit - hands down started it all for me, everyone with a 1.5 still using it today shows just how awesome this app is.

2.5/6 downgrader & Fanjita's eloader - What can I say, I was a sucker for Tales of Eternia and HAD to update my PSP to 2.5, but regretted everyday after, Fanjita's eloader is AWSOME but having to load GTA to play a quick emu game was definitely taxing.

ALL THE EMULATORS – Thousands of hours have been put in keeping us all happy, thank you all for bringing new life into all of the older systems and allowing me to relive a little of my youth. (DGEN, Snes9xTYL, RIN and NGEPSP stick out for me a little more tho ^_^)

ALL THE HOMEBREW – Again thousands of hours have been slaved away for us to have a little moment away from reality (super mario war currently holds my free time.)

I agree, once I was playing Super Mario War then later on I discovered that 20 minutes flew by.

Well, for me it is Bookr. The main reason I got my PSP was for reading ebooks. I wanted a small hand held device for doing so. Converting ebooks to images was a pain in the bum, but when Bookr came along and could read pdfs and maintain multiple bookmarks across multiple books, it was a godsend for me... I still, use my PSP mainly for reading ebooks. Its a great little device for that. Of course, I enjoy the emulators too, but Bookr was an essential application for my purposes and just what the doctor ordered.
