Analog stick not working even with replacement part!!!!!! really need help

Hi.
I had psp analog stick problem, so bought a replacement part, at first it was working all fine then after few hrs, it stopped working....
so i thought the replacement part was broken, so bought a new replacement part but its not working either.

I really need help with fixing this...

It's possible that you need to send in your PSP to Sony to get it fixed, but I'm not sure about warentee with your PSP since you didn't state what model you have

I think I saw on the forums a while ago that modifying the area of the faceplate where the analogue stick goes might solve it. If you search around you might find the answer.
