Yes, I know this probably sounds incredible, and thank you for revising your post, but I know it is still there by going to an mp3 then hitting home after it is being played and being able to go anywhere in the xmb and still have mp3's playing. As for the installation, which I suggest you don't do because I still can't remove it after several different types of removal's of the firmware mod and a different firmware mod and an upgrade and downgrade, I simply put the mp3 folder thing on the root of the memory stick the edited the config file. When I installed it I was on harleyg's firmware so I'm not sure how it would work with the original firmware mod. One thing to note about the installation though. I think it says something about changing or deleting a # sign and I never did that initially. I'm not sure if that is how it was installed or if that might be the reason that I can't uninstall it but that's what I did. Also, once you add the folder to the root of your memory stick and change the config file you have to reboot your PSP. You don't need to "direct" the firmware to run the plugin it just does it automatically. If you cannot get it to run after trying all of that then consider your self lucky. Or we can trade PSP's
