More screenshots of Sega's episodic, 2D Sonic have leaked onto the internet. Here they are.

The screens emanated from PatnerNet - the debug version of Xbox Live on test consoles, which nobody's supposed to write about, let alone grab screenshots from.

Described as the "first part in a much larger adventure," Sonic 4's headed for PS3, 360, Wii and iPhone as a downloadable game, and is strongly tipped to be arriving in July.
