easydowngrader needs 1.5????

i went to www.psp-hacks.com and downloaded the 2.5/2.6 downdater but it didn't have the 1.5 files in it.
on the website under Dumps there is a file called 1.50 US Dump. Is this what i need. (BTW i have an Australian PSP)

okay ill explain this in a simple matter.. you go to http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/605 that exact link and u download the easy downgrater for 2.5/2.6 ... okay now to downgrade since you have a 2.01 australian psp you need to first update to 2.6 to do this click on this link http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/167 and thats the 2.6 updater.. once u download the file you save it to your memory stick on GAME folder by connecting with your computer through USB connection. after u do that u close everything down and start ur psp back up .. then from there you go to where you run ur UMD games and u go down to your memory card and u click on where it says " 2.6 update " once u click on it it will install and update from ur 2.01 version to 2.6 ... arite once you are done remember that first file u downloaded? the easy downgrader for 2.5/2.6 ? well u then open that and follow the easy instructions.. thats all u need to do, i went into detail, ull see how simple it is...

now im sorry if i posted up here something i wasnt supposed to admins.. and if i did im sorry and please delete my post.. im just trying to help a newcomer out for the first time..

thanks smokey fo the detailed instructions but i need to know if you need a 1.5 psp to get the files off, or are the files included in the downgrader.

never mind i think i have figerd it out.
I downloaded the lite version that doesn't have the 1.5 files on it
But if you download the full version you get all the files and the program does it all for you.
