when i put neo-gen roms on my psp it says cant start games some one help me

Go to "System Settings" then click on "System Information", and tell me what number's are next to "System Software Version".

Then you can't run roms. They can only be run on version's 1.5-2.6. I'm sorry

Sony patched up the exploits that allowed people to run roms on there psp's for 2.7 and 2.71. There is no way to run emulators and roms on a 2.7 or 2.71 psp. Sorry
