No it can't. 2.71 cannot play homebrew, only flash games.

well that is for 1.5 because i use a 1.5 psp emulating 2.71 but for 2.0+ i think pspbrew or nokxploit can create 1.0 eboots and from my experiance with 2.6 1.0 is nearly ALWAYS compatable with the exception of KERNALL games and many time the 1.5 version will work as long as you only add the folder without the %

VALK PROFILE REQUIRES 2.6

thats all id guess tekken might only require 2.6 as well ill let you know on the 26TH of this month got that sumbitch on reserve bro
