How old are you??

Hi y'all

I don't know if this is a bit too private, but I have been wondering. How old are ppl around here. I mean the big coders... I finds it facinating that they are so good at coding, and then I think why can't I do what they can. But thats 'cos I keep thinking of everyone being of my age, and of course they are not.

So, how old are you, how did you come into coding, and on a scale form 1-10 how good are you...

ive following the scene since they brought out the k-xploit for 1.5firmware. thats pretty long i guess. and i think i was 17. and now im 18. i've only registered myself on the forum like in Dec 2005 haha;;

I'm not REALLY experienced in any language but LUA, I am 15 turning 16 tommorrow :-P on a scale of 1-10, im about a 1 or 2 in C/C++, but i like to think i am a 8-9 n LUA.

Man is nice to see so much tallent in so many young members. I mi self can code almost cost me mi marrige 6 years ago when i used to code for the XBOX seen. Well im 30 so i have been working with software engeniring for over 11 years so i like to think of mi C/C++ as atleast a 8/10 but how good you are doesnt have to to whit your suxess look at NJ & ZX & DARK they do so great because there dedicated. So Oni mi advice to you is simple is this what you want to do for the rest of your life. I mean working with PC's because if so now its the time to start reserch and practice. hehehe coding from 15 on...
in vb/c#/delphi/java im a 9..its my job
in c++/lua more like a 1.5 (learning)...

Pretty cool thread, man.
I'm 27 and married with children...But like my wife would say, I'm really a child at heart cuz my interest and amazement towards video games and comic books will never cease....Coding? I'll be honest and say I'm a 2 in C++ (been learning on my own for the past 5 months, when I get the time) But my real skills are honed towards Drawing, Painting and making 2D Sprites.
I've been following the Emulation/Homebrew/Hacking scene since the first days of Zsnes...right after I sold my Snes with 20 games to buy a Playstation with Street Fighter Alpha, Tekken and Ridge Racer....I know...What Was I Thinking?!? Seriously.... Recently It's all about my Moded Gamecube and PSP...which I'll hopefully unbrick someday....I'm also looking into getting a PS3 sometime in the future, if money allows it. One more thing....I've probably said it before but what the heck...DCEMU FOREVA BABY!!!!!!!!!!

I'm another old fart, we have a few around, at 29 (though I feel a lot older these days, I blame my life for that). Coding ability? well I can just about remember some Basic but not much so I'd have to give myself a large 0 for that but being invloved on the news side I may as well jam my oar into the thread eh?
