Another day, another new build from Warmtoe!!
OK - did more fiddlin....
The compiler option, improved the region select, made it possible to have FPS again (although, nothing switches it on).

Genesis plus dc great emulator work more game,
but glitches
Sonic The Hedgehog (fight with 1st boss)
Road Rash 3 very slow and glitches
Dune 2 very slow and glitches.
I hope, in the future creator of emulator will correct mistakes.
