ds lite powers on but no display

can anyone help i have got a ds lite that powers up but no display on either screen, have tried screen from other lites but to no avail. any suggestions please ????????????????

If it turns on okay with but the screens don't light up, it's because a fuse on the main circuit for the backlight board have blown. I don't know which ones exactly but use Google it to find out. You'll need to open up your console and use a soldering iron to bridge a bypass connection. If it's still under warranty, get Nintendo to service it.
