Default Wierd Supercard SD error, game size 0kb?

I recently downloaded a copy of
    "CRASH BANDICOOT FESTIVAL " [I]
I converted the game in the supercard software to get a .dsq file as normal, but only it is 0kb in size! The original rom is 68mb! I have tried turning compression off and this doesnt help? Does supercard support this "game"

Nope, i get a dsq file and the .sav file. You only get to for patching DS games, the save is 256kb, the actual game...0kb....Argh!
    68mb - 256kb???

    Is your Memory Card Full?

The game may not be compatible as well.

edit: Just realised is it compatible, I thought it was a GBA game

All I can think of is memory card is full because when it is full that's what happens.

SD card cant be full, i convert it on the PC and its only 0kb! I guess crash bandicoot festival wont work, is it possible for firmware updates to be released that will allow other games to work?

wait for the supercard software update, hopefully they'll get the ds browser working somehow too.
