Yeah your right, but it confused me too when he first did it.

Normal users can't set there own titles, but as a reward for loyal users (and if they ask) we let them has custom titles

Custom titles are the best, it's gone two years since I've broken any forum rules.

I think I've had Banned as my custom title since January, plus it's somewhat original (until people copy).
