psp PSP Multi Firmware module will support TA-082 on NEXT Ver.

Ookm has posted this news on his Hardware Hacking Site:

PSP Multi Firmware module will support TA-082 on NEXT Ver.
so if your TA-082 PSP is FW2.50 or FW2.60
    don't update !!! :P

For those of you who dont know Ookm is somewhat of a PSP hardware genious who let us know that TA-082 PSPs wont be supported by the Undiluted Platinum Modchip.

Should be interesting times ahead for the PSP Scene

that is freakin sweet! The homebrew community is slowly growing. I am happy for those of you who have the ta-082. I have a couple of friends who have them, and they have been kinda jealous of my 1.5...

If I read correctly, he has this working on a MODDED TA-082.

I won't hold my breath. I'm not into modchips. IF it can't be done with software or flashing, I'm not touching it.

i don't have a TA-082 motherboard, but i broke my psp and got that bestbuy guarentee. They might give me a new one with a TA-082. If this works (almost) everyone will be able to have a 1.5! Take that Sony!
