    Default Backwards compatible ps3

Ok so here's the deal, I went to my local game store and picked up a ps3 with god ofwar 3 and mag...my ps3 doesn't have backwards compatability at the moment but is there a software or something I can get to make it have this feature? Thanks for the help

if its a slim there is no backwards compatibility possible. If is a phat only the 20 GB, 60 GB, and some (CECHExx) 80 GB models have backwards compatibility, the rest don't (and can't have it).

    Sorry

The only compatibility with the Slim is a PS2 memory card through a reader, which is pointless on it's own.

There is a PS2 download in the U.S. and Japanese stores, though only for the 20/60/80 models. If you have a slim, you're out of luck unless you own an actual PS2 console. Though I've read that the backwards compatibility isn't always good.
