    When it sais put the DOWNDATER in the root directory on the PSP, where is that? Do I just put it in the PSP folder?

    no put it in the same folder as the PSP folder so when you open up the USB Mass Storage thing on your computer there should be a folder called PSP and then put it in that same folder where the PSP folder is located

    Ah yes it works. Even with my new version of GTA it still works, thats good ol PAL for ya
