I am curious...

I find a lot of hacks and homebrewed programs to be really neat and useful for me, but so far the only way for me to have some of these things is to have one of those devices like a passcard or whatever (I have the original DS). Sad thing is, I can't buy online and so far there aren't any stores that have homebrew/multimedia/etc devices. I have two questions...

1. Are there any other items I could use to have homebrew or multimedia on my DS without having to go online to get them?

2. I looked at this http://www.gamestop.com/product.asp?product%5Fid=802466 and I was wondering if there is some kind of program or something that could use this device to save homebrews and such.

No....You need to buy it off the internet. There are generally no other places selling ones you can use best.
