Windows shell for DS - Possible?

I was talking to a friend, and he asked about mmf games being playable on DS. I said you'd need some sort of shell that emulates the conditions the mmf executable would expect on the DS. I'm just wondering if such a thing is possible.

PS: MMF is Multimedia Fusion, a software authoring application from Clickteam.

Probabbly but no one would look into it that would be cool though since I have used that and its fairly simple to use.
