BLUR - Taking the piss out of Mario Kart

It's not a piss take on Mario Kart, because there are a number of cutesy racers. It could be a take on any one of them, but I think not... Because it's stolen aspect of the many games that have taken the power-up aspect from Mario Kart, then packed it into a Need for Speed environment... BLUR isn't the first racing game of real-like vehicles and terrains to be packed full of power-ups and destruction, but it makes a change from all the cutesy racers that we have forced on us at the moment by Nintendo, SONY and SEGA.
