Thanx for the link SSaxdude very interesting,I'll be watching this one closely.
im french its too bad but i dont give a f**k bout that jaques chirac is licking my ass nothin else ^^
All thoug this sucks for the people. Companys that are require to release there copy protection programs will get it worse because we all know the peogram then will be breaked down and soft ware will be easyer to rip
So not only does it screw the community it also screws the developers,ha REALLY bad decision for everybody.
Yes im new to this dc homebrew because at first i bought a dc and it broke and i was pissed and didnt want one but lately i decided to buy 1 from ebay and it came with a network adapter how do u use that adapter and my second question is how do u backup games
sorry buddy this is the wrong thread for that question, try checking the forumsDon't think it's cool to talk about backing up games either.
This is all a disgrace and I hope the workings behind limiting and regulating the Internet for the common user go down in flames. Then giving preferential Internet access to big business and giving the average joe limited bandwidth is beyond disconcerting.Originally Posted by SSaxdude
So we have a possibility in the future of businesses & corporations having broadband fast internet speeds with unlimited bandwidth and then normal or casual everyday internet users will have slower speeds and a limit on bandwidth.
IF that happens, I and many others will be a fierce force of opposition to this madness and I encourage everyone to join the fight.

Now about this French copyright business, Apple said it best. It is nothing more than state sponsored piracy.
Apple is being forced to disclose proprietary technology, and more about their iPod & iTunes in support of more "competition".
What? Just because Apple has the most successful download service, they need to share that success with competitors? That is ridiculous.
And what about Sony? If Sony's download service and PSOne EMU is successful, will they too be forced to open up to competitors?
Nonsense. Like a lot of things, this type of law is created because they don't see any threat from citizens opposing it. Or not enough people will make a stink about it so they can get away with it. This needs to change. People living in these countries need to come together in a common fight for internet freedom.
Im from britain and we pop over to france to get cheap booze, maybe wel see our french friends coming here to download tunes?
