I think its fake. But regardless, It would just be easier to crack the Sony Psone emu when it's released and run it with devhook. $ony knows this, thats why they started the devhook suing campaign.

It wouldnt be easier actually. Sony would have the eboot encrypted and no ones been able to crack that encryption so far.
