Yah I just realized that they took time off to do the downgrader. This is a legit excuse for the delay and now my hope is renewed.

mavs didnt you downgrade your psp just now i guess it is better that ps1 emu comes out after the downgrader since it wil probably only run on 1.0 or 1.5 in the first version.

Hmmm see this is what I'm talking about "Yo don't worry their working on some other amazing project, but I'm not going to tell anyone about it, and this is the delay reason of the PS1 emulator." I mean like "WTF" nobody is intersted in something that states (the above ^^) Notice how the great coders don't talk about releasing something, they reelase proof of concepts first, and/or give like a 2 day WIP (NJ) and then release it. I hate it when people are like "Here is a video" !!! Why not just give it to us that way you are not falmed through every PSP forum out there, and make a complete jack-ass out of your self. I don't expect more out of this because its delayed, because I don't think that is right at all. I just want to see proof on this is real or not. Like even just a PS1 emulator that runs a homebrew demo-I don't give a crap I just want to see something that prooves these guys exsistence on this emulator. Otherwsie they are just pulling a PSdonkey. I'm not calling these guys 100% fake, but everybody has the right now believe it is fake because of their methods on how they plan on releasing this emulator.

everyone is different rite just because good coders did what they did doesnt mean they have to i think theyll release it when theyre ready im preety sure this is not fake you saw the second video there was nothing fake about that theyre just taking time to make it better and even if they arent they can release it when they like the september first release date was only a supposed release date if they bricked their PSP's testing a downgrader there aint much they can do right all we can do is hold tight its not like we can make em release it now we aint got the right to demand anything and you shouldnt compare that n00b psdonkey to these guys because theyre being backed by trusted coders and they have released plausable proof of concept plus I know dcemu doesnt post fake news.

Makes no sense to me. It would run only in 1.0 or 1.5 if it ran in Kernel mode, and the only excuse for that is using advanced PSP features such as the ME, which likely wouldn't be in a first release.

i agree with pkmaximum, they should have never said anything until they were within weeks from releasing it or just not said anything at all until it was to thier liking like Exophase did with gpSP...i think they should release something to us even if it just runs a demo madd slow, atleast we will have our proof and we can let them be so they can continue working on it...either way i hope this doesn't turn into a PSdonkey fiasco

I didn't really compare the coders behind this project to PSdonkey. I said this is no difference from what PSdonkey was doing except there is so much more backing by it from coders, that we know well. (Well just one coder, and his beta tester). In the end that means jak. I mean ya, it gives more hope and trust on it being real, because the people backing it have done amazing work. But there is strictly no hard evidence in the end.

Also even though PSdonkey was a huge fake, he did go through many extents, and he was definently good at hoaxing for the most part. So these guys show a proof of concept. (woppdey do) For instance if I was to make a hoax. To stop my memory card from flashing, I would just put a stupid piece of tape or something and then it seems like its not a video (BAM). And take a PC emulator in its early stages (PSX) and run a homebrew, then it will show its FPS, and there you go "Great hoax for the PSP!" And lets just say PSmonkey backed me, does this make it real guys? I think you can answer that question.

You guys have to understand that $#@! happens, and they bricked their PSPs while testing their other project. Theres not much they can do about it (except send them off to get mod chips - which they did). Besides, they dont have any promise to make. Stop trying to demand this kind of stuff, its not like they OWE you anything. They do this purely cause they like to code so please just wait. Its done when its done...
