Testing dreamcast software

OK first of all I'm new around here and I would like to start dreamcast development.

I have experiance with the PSP SDK and I have a little experiance with dreamcast programming. But the problem with it is that I cannot test software because I don't have a dreamcast and as far as I know the arn't a wide option of working emulators.

So if I were to avoid buying a dreamcast temorarily what would be my options?

You can use NullDC with video plug-in from chankast . it should work .
