No Biohazard 5, X360 Version For Japan?

Biohazard 5 is only listed as being on PS3 on a popular Japanese online stores trading list. This has led to speculation that Capcom may not bother to release a Japanese -- Xbox 360 -- version of Bio 5, because Microsoft’s console is not popular in Japan, thus making a Japanese release not worth the effort. I'd say that's a bad idea for Capcom. Why should they just cancel the Japanese version? It couldn't be that hard to put in some japanese subs at the bottom.
