stuck pixels are just mis aligned and produce a different colour to those around them. they can be fixed back to normal.

Dead pixels are malfunctioned and look dark continually. As the term suggests, they cannot be brought back to life.

do they EVER change? if they do then they just get "stuck", so theyre fixable
