i keep finding them, but you need to be a member of the site to download

well i was looking through this easy downgrader without my psp attached and it seems to install the update eboot, and the gta eboot loader, then at the end it tells you to move the downdater folder to your psp root, that pretty much makes sense

Ya, but you need the 1.5 person to do something for you, amd since you don't have a 1.5 person near you, you just download it from the web.
