Default Loco Roco, but y no homebrew?

Is the Loco Roco demo that you can download a flash game? It's compatable with 2.71, so y isn't other homebrew? can you use loco roco as an exploit?

#1. I don't think a bribe would be enough (unless he could live off of it), because he would loose his job.
#2. If a hacker found the signature and used it, it would probably be illegal.
#3. An exploit could come along some day.

yes it is, either way you are copying the files. just like how it is just as illegal to burn a cd as it is to download it off the internet. plus, emulators are illegal

Emulators are not illegal and downgraders are not either. Neither of them use copyrighted files or bypassing protection.

emulators require ISOs as games, right? (prepare to get this thread closed) downgrading requires the DOWNDATER folder, which is copyrighted. and illegal, which is why the easy downgrader by dark_alex is the "lite" version, because it doesnt have the DOWNDATER folder, which makes it legal.

Precisely, the emulators and downgraders THEMSELVES are NOT illegal. The files to run on them may be.

Example: Visual Boy Advance Emulator for the PC is not illegal but if you download a ROM from the internet, the ROM itself is illegal but not the emulator.
