These are not simple photoshops, they have been retextured and rendered, then photoshopped on top.

acn010, unless you provide sufficent proof ( the 3d file ), the evidence is against you I am afraid.

Yeah, except this person has a whole portfolio worth of this stuff on Deviant Art of all places. It isn't somewhere where you get away with plagiarism, especially as blatant as that.
