1. no there is no such thing as legally downloading roms
2. the only legal way to play the game is to back it up
3.isoing is different because if you download a iso its from a disk game..

thats why isos are frowned upon they are on recent consoles (psp, ps2 xbox), the only isos people download really with out people absoultly freaking are ps1 games..
