Re-arranging "game" list...?

Sorry if this has been adressed elsewhere -- I did a quick search and couldn't find it.
I'm wanting to re-arrange the icons on my games list, so I can put the ones I use most on top. I only know of a couple of programs to do this, but all they do is arrange them by aphabet or date. Is there any way to do this manually? Or any good programs to do this? Thanks a lot!

If you're using a Unix based system such as OSX (there's probably a similar methoud under Windows as well), you can pretty easily write a shell script that will "touch" your apps in any order you specify. When it "touches" them, it automatically updates their modification date, so if you "touch" the items that you want at the bottom of the list first, and the items that you want at the top of the list last, that should sort it out for you.

Can't you simply rearrange the folders in Windows Explorer?

What method of ordering does the PSP use?
