    AWESOME. THANKS E!!!

e[mulator] is among my most favorite apps on PSP (others include CPS1 & 2, NeoGeo, DGEN, NesterJ, DevHook)

Translation of the news posting (he translated some of this himself -- his translations are in parenthesis):

    Fixed a few bugs.
[1]SMS's key config (SMS Key config)
    [2]Currently fixing CDROM2 (PCE CDROM2 under construction,never run cdrom2)
    [3]Restored WonderSwan's sound to fix2 state (Wonderswan sound emulation,rollback fix2)

The code is included in the release file
I have no problems with giving feedback about the fixes to the originators of the derivatives.
When giving feedback, I'll supply necessary info (such as the purpose of the fixes, etc...).
-Please submit your questions to the message board [I'm pretty sure this is for Dev's only, please show discretion if you feel the urge to post on his boards-- b8a]
If there is anyone considering a development based on e[mulator], please refrain from doing so.
It's still not even close to satisfactory, so the fixes will continue.
Please contact me if you'd like to port this to a different OS, or if you'd like to fix some issues.
I'm thinking we could cooperate on it's development
    ---------------------------------------------------
    Direction of development
    (1) Provide code with the greatest possible performance and portability
    (2) Combine the structure of the emulators and minimize the OS dependent features
Additionally, it's worth mentioning that he's now posting all of the past versions of e[mulator] on his page (at the link in the first post) as well, so if you're looking for a particular version, it's all right there.

Not much new in the readme (just the portions that have changed since last time):

    (5) The sound's a bit noisy and is going to need a fix.
    (6) CDROM2 has started working.
The implementation is the same as the TOC-using-PSP, and it's able to play MP3s

    0.82a What's changed

    (1) Fixed the key allocation for Sega Master System and Game Gear
    (2) (Began) Fixing PC Engine CD-ROM2
Place the system card with a name of SYSCARD.ROM in the same folder as EBOOT.PBP.
It stopped supporting compression and CD CHANGE, so you need to be careful!
    (3) Fixed an issue where I felt like the sound playback of the WonderSwan was a bit lagging
It looks like the volume adjustments that I made when I fixed the sound in 0.81fix3 was causing the volume to get low
Wow. Now that this is open sourced, maybe now I can get a working CDROM2 emulator for OSX! Now I just need to be able to open these accursed .7z files!!!!
