I assume we are talking about the opera browser,which is released only in japan at the moment.Is there any homebrew browser for the ds?
I believe the opera browser comes with more ram which is acessed via gba slot.
Do any of the addons required for ds homebrew add more ram?

The Opera browser adds 2MB (or was it 4MB?) of RAM to the DS
I don't think any other add ons for the DS add more RAM.
