Is there a downgrader for 2.6 to 2.0 without having GTA?

Nah,the only way to downgrade is to have a copy of the un-patched GTA,eLoader and a non TA-082 PSP

I'd just rent GTA from Blockbuster if you don't want to buy it. But make sure you don't have a TA-82 PSP and you can find the eloader online. Good luck, it's pretty easy to do.

Yeah its very easy, iv done it twice

BUT make sure you dont have a TA-082 psp! you can check this by opening your umd drive and looking in the top right corner for gold writing, if you dont have gold writing you can downgrade!
