Playing Multiplayer-Modes of GBA games

Hi!

There is any kind of Homebrew-App that allow to 2/4 DS (with Flash-Card) play the Multiplayer-Modes of GBA games...? Or, maybe, can play it online too?

If yes, where can I find it ?
And, works nicely?

If no, It can be done? There is any project...?

As far as I know, there is no homebrew compatibility for GBA games in multiplayer. That would be one heck of a project, considering the DS doesn't support GBA multiplayer in the first place. I'd be old and gray by the time it comes out....
