Html File Viewer? With pic support

I was wondering if anything came out with html file viewing with pic support "<img src=>" support. The one for ds organized would be great with it. I know its possiable with the ds ram as long as there isnt a bunch of pics. It would be great for organizing stuff with html.

if someone had come out with an html file viewer, it would be a web browser.. not just a file viewer. who would want one of those?
