Recruting programer for Black Ghost OPS 3.0

Hello, I'm a french graphic artist amator and scriptwriter. I'm actually searching for a programmer who can and want work with me.

In 2008-2009 I'd work on a PSP Homebrew called Dragon & Weed: Black Ghost OPS. Unfortunatly the programmer with which I was working with, break is PSP so we continue the game on PC.

Now I would like to make a better version of the game on PSP, a version called Black Ghost OPS 3.0. So I'm searching for someone who want to work with me.
