After I repaired my RRoD Xbox 360, I purchased another one to swap the motherboards over so I had the XCM case on my non-RRoD'd box and the repaired one (also banned) in the white case... Which six months or so later, they are both unplayed. At least until I decide to play Shenmue II on the one I decide makes less noise.

Nice video, though it didn't show the fun part of removing the clamps, cleaning the metal bits for the paste and then bolting the board (my favourite part).
