I'd say the M3 SD/SD Mini and the Passcard 3.
Cheepest, no. You can't have cheep and safe in the same sentance, or atleast not usually. I ordered one and it's scheduled to arrive tommorow (though it entered the main Fedex terminal at 6Am today... ohh well).

The best thing about it for roms is that it has built in NES,SNES,SMS,PCE and some other emulator on it, so all you need to do is just drag the files onto your card i believe. DS and GBA roms need patching, but it takes very little time.

C'mon dude, it wasn't too long ago (5 days) that you were asking questions like this.

M3 MiniSD and Passcard 3 on Hopebuy. You'll have to buy separately, but they're a good site with some of the better prices you'll find.

M3 MiniSD/Passcard 3 combo on Divineo China (also have a US dealer)

Various bundles from Real Hot Stuff. They have ones with the M3, a MiniSD card, reader and Passcard 3.

M3 MiniSD/Passcard 3 from Gamersection. Good site, but they're kind of pricey.

Just go for the best price. Real hot Stuff's bundle with everything you'll need is very nice, though.

This is all on a regular DS, right? If it's a DS Lite then you have a few more aesthetically pleasing options. (I'll wait for your reply so I don't waste space talking about something you don't need)

Also, check out the homebrew faq if you're still not sure what all of this stuff amounts to.

I would say they should, and why don't you call them? Wouldn't that be easier than driving far?
