Which Cards are better?

So I was wondering if anyone out there could tell me which is better for playing movies on NDS with Moonshell or another program. Compact Flash cards or SD cards, I've read when using games that the CF cards are better, is this also true with video and music?

I'm not into DS Homebrewing, but I'm pretty sure SD is better.
