sorry to say
its good to hear that there is still hope.BUT GUYS DO THE MATH.....he has to analyze the data which takes him at least 45min...so unless ookm comes up with a faster n more efficent way of doing this u guys best pray that ur in the top 20 when he starts taking data. because at that rate n with ookm working n creating new hacks for the psp my guess is that he's only gonna be able to do 2/3 a day...
so do what i did find a dowgradable psp /buy it n downgrade.....am not bitching on this break through because i too have a ta-082 psp also.... but am just telling u the facts...which is, at least 300,000 people has psp's that they would want to downgrade too.

I have two PSP's.
One TA-082 that I bought a while ago, and a non 082 that I downgraded to a 1.50. It would be awesome if they get it downgraded.. I knew they would do it. I just didnt wait, that why I bought a nother one.,

ookm has released a program to dump 2.5 on his blog. dump is 41mb so free some space before you try this. can't wait to downgrade to 1.5

If he succeeds in getting factory 2.6 ta-082 downgraded, he would have helped made evry1 under 2.7 eligible for downgrading...can't wait for that wonderful day so i'm collecting 1.5 utilities now...lolwhen i finish the Write software
