New Theme - Construction

Hi,

PSPdemon here with the first of the many to come theme's for Sandbox!!!

--------INSTAL NOTES------------

Drag and Drop "Construction" Folder into the "Themes" folder found in "ART" on the root of your memory stick

(hope i didnt lose yall )

there will be another theme soon afterwards.... its going to take alot of time though... ( got to position everything perfectly....and thats gonna take forever...but possible
