i take mine out, put it in every time i wanna test something...i treat it like crap, and still works like a champ!

like i said, the plastic notches between the gold contacts....2 broke off....but the contacts are still seperated by some surface plastic so still works good.

can you elaborate on the temperature changes, videofreak? did you read something on this?

I didn't read on it. But fast temp changes like from 60 to 100 degrees F in a second could be bad for it...

well, as long as its legitimate....if they advertise it as a SONY ms pro duo and its a magicgate, you win.

if they clearly show its a magicgate....and you contact magicgate, and it turns out that it IS a fake (im sure they have testers, as each memory stick has a unique serial number....found out when i had to unlock one for a magellan gps....and by tester i mean software)...you still win.

as long as you are VALID, paypal is your bodyguard. i've had 5 or 6 disputes and won them all.

just dont abuse it and try something sneaky to legitimate sellers

It's much worse on fakes. They're more fragile...

Like I said before, fakes are more fragile and don't need as big of temp changes to break.
