    Default Battery life.

I was thinking, when you use homebrew/emu, the umd lasor or motor isn't actually running. does this mean if using homebrew the battery life is longer?

i havent got a psp yet, i must find a 2.6 or under.

not quite, because you could be running homebrew at 333Mhz, witch will drain your battery fast, but if you run it at the least Mhz possible the battery will last longer. Most emulators require you to overclock your psp to make the games run good

I think the chip was actually manufactured to run at 333mhz, sony just underclocked it to get better battery life.
