[PSP] Daedalus R8 Released Nintendo 64 Emulator for PSP

Ya its too bad, I would like to hear an update on were Strmmmn is at this point too.

I wouldn't mind if he quit so much, I just do not like the idea he leaves for like a month with no word, if he is still working on the project or not =[

yea it is quite odd for a coder who has a blog and is relitivly known on the internet, to suddenly vanish without a trace on the net. That seems quite odd. In the time spand from his last blog entrie to know thats a long time for a coder to not be online don't you think.

I hope nothing bad happened to him as well as his loved ones.

can someone help me here I can't seem to make Daedalus R8 work

the first thing I did I downloaded: daedalus_psp_R8_v150

then I put a rom (Star Fox 64) in the rom folder

then I put both Deadalus and Daedalus% in my PSP/GAME folder

after that I go to Game then Memory Stick on my psp and then select Daedalus and then this message pops up saying:

This game cannot be started.
The data is corrupted

also my Deadalus% appears as a corrupted file

can someone help me make this damn emulator work, please?

What firmware do you have? Go look at the stickie on how to run any homebrew before asking stuff like that

ahhhh crap.... I updated my psp to 2.71... there goes all those emulators...

edit: oh for... I can't downgrade my psp since its one of those ta-082 >.<

na man, u can still play emulators and everything, u jus have to downgrade since downgrader came out, or u can do it the old fasion way, hen d and devhook

just ask me if u need any help.

Yeah Happy new year and good luck to the Packers in tonights game, Wally who works closely (or at least did) with StrmnNrmn said that R9 will come out and that to not lose hope. If you ask me (captain morgan, if you remember the Captain Morgan Compatability Test Results for Daedalus) I think StrmnNrmn just took a while to like work on the emulator without distraction. Like one day he'll just pop out and release R9 and it'll just be out of this world, maybe even a perfect N64 emulator!
