PC Engine emulator for DC?

I was looking for a PC Engine emulator for the Dreamcast, and I found "pcecast", but unfortunately the link doesn't work. Does anyone know where I can find another link or another emulator?

It was more recently that I tried it, but I believe PCECast is better.

Should work with Bootdreams, although I can't remember if I was ever able to find the last (now old) version...
