ermm, where the hell is the option in x-flash to put a custom .vag (coldboot screen) ??

theres only the option to remove it

Sorry dude i was wrong earlier (i posted an edit) you need a gameboot.pmf file, just download one from link i gave you then go to to the xflash folder and place it in the modified folder. Now go to option 8 in x-flash and hit triangle.

I just need to know how to do the psp startup screen.

There seems to be no option to change it in xflash, only to disable it

I dont think you can mod that, i could be wrong but i think youd need sonys key to do that.

lol u mean you want custom bootsound? That can be done but im dnt know about video. sorry im tired so having som blonde moments. btw .vag is for sound.
