M3Perfect SD Slim + Passcard 3 = Help!

Hi guys,

I've got a NDS Lite and just purchased the captioned setup from Kicktrading.ca and I'm having trouble getting DSOrganize 2.25 and Moonshell 1.33 and indeed any Homebrew to work. When I launch either application all I get is either two black screens or the top white screen and the bottom black screen - nothing works. Here's what I've done:

Moonshell
After downloading the 1.33 zip, I extracted the files and ran Setup.exe and it installed the proper files on my SD card. I then renamed the executable to _BOOT_MP_SlimM3SD.ds.gba so that it would work with my setup.

DSOrganize
I downloaded the Green version and copied all files to my SD card and placed the DSOrganize Green.ds.gba file in the DSOrganize folder.

Here's what my file structure looks like (attached)... what am I doing wrong? Is there an installation guide somewhere that I can follow for these two apps?
